ENSURING TRANSPARENCY AND INTEGRITY IN SQUAD
SQUAD has established a formal process to identify, review, and prevent both actual and perceived conflicts of interest. The policy defines clear requirements for the disclosure of potential conflicts and outlines the procedures for conducting conflict-of-interest reviews. It applies to all SQUAD employees, contract labor, consultants, and any individuals acting on behalf of the company.
The review process involves a comprehensive evaluation of relevant circumstances, including financial interests, personal relationships, and external activities that may affect an individual’s objectivity or professional judgment. Employees and associated parties are required to disclose any potential conflicts promptly through the designated reporting channels or disclosure forms provided by SQUAD.
All disclosures are treated with strict confidentiality and are assessed by authorized personnel, including the Ethics and Compliance team, to determine the nature of the conflict and implement appropriate mitigation measures where necessary.
